As Executive Director, Business Development for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Kim Coffey leads teams that align facility management companies, strategic partners and individuals with industry-leading resources and training solutions. Kim directs strategy, sales and implementation for IFMA’s overall business development strategy, especially for partners and the association’s professional development programs.
With over 20 years of experience at IFMA, she has served the IFMA Foundation, managed IFMA’s conference expos and advertising, and focused the past five years on developing business for professional development and corporate partnerships. Her passion for the industry and profession doesn’t stop with helping FMs find the right training and resources to achieve their goals, she also volunteers as an IFMA Chapter Champion and a judge for IFMA’s annual Awards of Excellence.
By developing the potential of individuals – both on her team and in the FM professional – Kim’s department has been a catalyst for success for many organizations in the world of facility management. Kim actively promotes collaboration across IFMA’s departments to ensure all staff cohesively further the association’s mission, vision and values so we all can build a better future together.
